This listing is part of the 'At Home with Patricia Wells' collection of epicurean objects and decorative antiques.

This delightful collection of early-twentieth-century boater hats are from Chanteduc, the home of Patricia and Walter Wells in Provence. There are ten regular straw hats and one enormous one. They have been collected over the years, found one by one in flea markets, brocantes and antique shops in Paris and Provence. The huge hat was originally used as a sign in a milliner's atelier in Paris. These would look fabulous displayed on a wall in a fun arrangement. Some have wear and losses.

Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
