Ceramic butter bell w/ floral details 1/3

A superb terracotta butter bell with white glaze and pretty floral motifs. Watch the breakfast video to listen to Patricia explain how it is used.

Fill the bell firmly with butter and fill the pot with water - then pop the lid on - the butter bell is submerged in water. Leave it out on the counter for soft butter (not in the sun or near the cooktop!)
