Patricia explains how every year she used to do an annual event at a restaurant in Milwaukee. One year they presented her with this fabulous leather Harley-Davidson leather jacket.
Harley-Davidson, an iconic American motorcycle brand, was founded in 1903 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, by William S. Harley and the Davidson brothers, Arthur, Walter, and William. Initially, they designed a small engine for pedal bicycles, but by 1903, they had created their first motorcycle.
The brand quickly became known for its powerful and reliable motorcycles. By the 1920s, Harley-Davidson was one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in the world, renowned for its innovation and quality. The company's motorcycles were widely used by the U.S. military during both World Wars, enhancing their reputation for durability. In the post-World War II era, Harley-Davidson became symbolic of American culture and freedom, often associated with the biker image portrayed in movies and media.
