Dating from the 1960s, this female bust was sculptured by Spinelli. Made from un fired, green clay. Albert Spinelli is a local French artist who has made sculpture for the last 60 years. His wife is also an artist and they worked closely together - it is not even possible to identify who made which works. This is a portrait of a family member.
As this is un-fired clay it must be handled with great care - it is still malleable. Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
