A cylindrical clay vase with brown glaze by Dominique Baudart. Circa 1970, Die, Drôme.
Translated extract from La Bergerie Céramiques -
Settled in Vallauris in 1952, he worked first with Jean Rivier, then at the Vieux Moulin with Malarmey and Perot. Finally, settles alone. Roger Collet resumed his workshop in 1963, which probably corresponds to the departure of Baudart for Die, in the Drôme, where he continued his activity as a ceramist.
Condition and patina consistent with age.
