This extra large vintage cutting board got a little too close to the flame as it is a little burnt on one side!

Patricia has a deep passion for collecting cutting boards, ranging from large to small, and including both antique and artisan-made pieces. Her extensive collection is used in both her personal kitchen and the students' kitchen at Chanteduc, her farm in Provence.
