A rare collection of three French clay casserole dishes dating from the 1950’s. They can withstand heat up to 1000 degrees. Originally used in a wood fire oven to make recipes such as confit lamb and other slow cooked meals. The two largest have pouring beaks. Originally from a restaurant.
