Three 19th century butcher's brass labels - beef, veal & lamb 8¾ x 12½""

A superb collection of three plaques from a butcher's shop to demonstrate the quality of the meat. They have hooks on the backs for inserting directly into the hanging carcasses. They are brass and date from the late nineteenth-century. One is for beef, veal and lamb.
