Tall ocher pot w/ round 'ear' handles 8"

A charming 'pot aux oreilles' or ear pot from the late nineteenth century. It has ocher glaze inside and out (except underneath) and adorable round handles on either side that look like ears, hence the name of this style pot. Originally used for preserves such as olives, cornichons etc. this will make a lovely addition to a collection of culinary antiques.
