Superb 1930's wrapping paper roll cutter 30¼"

This fabulous cast iron, metal and timber wrapping paper roll cutter was most likely used in a shop such as a butcher. This would look wonderful displayed on a kitchen counter and it still functions. The blade is heavy and still sharp so care must be taken when using.
