During Patricia's cooking classes that are held at Chanteduc, soupe au pistou is served for the first dinner. She recalls buying this stone top garden table (along with a metal one) about 30 years ago from a brocante, "I loved it" she says. The pistou soup is always served on the terrace, overlooking the rolling hills and the sunset. Even with a large dining table for 12-14 people, side tables are very important, "It has been used many, many times!"

This Art Deco style table has a weighty black slate top and scrolled iron base and dates from the mid-late twentieth century.
