Six vintage cheese drying racks

A collection of six round vintage cheese drying racks. Made from plywood and bamboo. These can add a different element to a gallery wall of sunburst mirrors for example. Dating from they 1980s, they were used for drying tomme and chèvre cheese.

Note: Mirrors have been photographed facing fabric, a technique that reveals any age spots in the glass. In some cases, this may create the appearance of an empty frame, but each mirror is complete except where explicitly stated.
