This set of four 19th-century wall sconces, dating to around 1820, beautifully exemplifies the craftsmanship of the period. Each sconce is meticulously crafted from tôle and iron, materials commonly used during the era for their durability and decorative appeal. The original green patina, now wonderfully timeworn, adds a rustic charm to these pieces, making them perfect for adding an authentic touch to a period interior. The sconces feature elegantly curved arms that hold round candle plates, each with a delicately scalloped edge, further enhancing their antique character. These sconces are ideal for creating a warm, inviting atmosphere in any setting, whether used as functional lighting or purely as decorative elements.
The wooden doors are excluded.

Heavy wear and rustic condition consistent with age and use.
