Rustic French Green-Glazed Jug, circa 1900, 9"

This charming ceramic jug features a round, slightly bulbous body that tapers gracefully toward a narrow neck and a subtly flared rim with a pinched spout. The upper half is covered in a light, earthy green glaze, while the lower portion of the pitcher is left unglazed, exposing the natural beige terracotta beneath. This contrast between the glazed and unglazed surfaces gives the piece a rustic yet refined appearance. 

Notably, the print of the potter's finger can be seen at the top, near the rim, adding a personal touch and highlighting its artisanal nature.
