Robert Picault vase

This original Robert Picault vase dates to the mid-20^th century. A greek style pattern in aqua blue and white decorate this large round vase. The well known ceramist Robert Picault (1919-2000) moved from Paris to the village of Vallauris which is well known for it’s pottery. Picault and Roger Capron founded the Atelier Callis in 1946. Also to note; our artisan potter, JDA, studied under Roger Capron.
