A rare pair of cast glass vases from the early twentieth-century signed Daum, Nancy, Master glassmaker (est. 1878).
Quintessentially Art Nouveau, these beautifully crafted blown glass vases are made with several layers and then acid-etched to achieve a pretty design. Most likely made by Victor Amalric Walter (1870-1959), as he always signed his work Daum Nancy. Amalric worked at Daum from 1905-1915.
