19th century Pierrot Gourmand plaster lollipop stand

This rare Pierrot Gourmand lollipop display dates to the 19th century. Lollipops were displayed in the small holes on either side. The piece is made from painted plaster. Paint chips and minor chips to the plaster are reflective of the piece's age. Refer to photos.
