Pair of antique French leather club chairs - gang box

A very special pair of 1930s Havana gang-box or square back model French leather club chairs. Original models such as these are seldom found. They are beautifully crafted: lovely soft oversized barrel arms and beautiful scroll-shaped backs with high quality studwork.

The color is fabulously rich with subtle shades ranging from browns to tans, only found in original hand-dyed furniture. Delightfully comfortable. A very rare find that will complement both modern and classic interiors.

Note: As part of the restoration process, the cushions are new, the springs have been tightened, the webbing has been replaced, and they have been treated for woodworm. Fully restored and ready to be enjoyed for many years to come!
