Pair of Louis XV armchairs w/ gilt & painted frames

A classic pair of Louis XV armchairs from the late-nineteenth century. The pretty lacquered frames are finished with beige paint and gilding. Note the detail to the carvings that includes floral crests and traverses and cabriole legs. They are in unrestored condition and would benefit from fresh upholstery. Otherwise this fatigued look is also lovely! Two matching settees are also available for separate purchase.
