Pair of cast iron elements from a piece of furniture - caryatids 17¾"

A pair of weighty cast iron caryatids from the late nineteenth / early twentieth century. The ladies are draped in fabric and are holding masses of fruit. Originally they formed part of a piece of furniture. They could be repurposed to be used as lamps or indeed integrated into furniture.
