Pair of antique Louis XVI-style painted benches 15¾"

Dating from the end of the nineteenth century, a chic pair of French Louis XVI-style benches. The wooden frames with smart Louis XVI-style tapered legs have been lovingly painted using a timeworn technique with beige paint exposing traces of a darker paint beneath. Both have been professionally recovered with a new matching fabric featuring a "cabinet of curiosities"-style pattern including bright orange coral next to butterflies and shells inside glass cloches. These classic benches will blend effortlessly into both modern and traditional interiors while bringing a sense of symmetry, style, and elegance.
