Dating from the 1920s / 1930s, this iconic Bienase chair was designed by Franck et Harry Nelson (Nelson Brothers). The seat and back are compressed bakelite and the adjustable frame is iron. The Nelson Brothers were Americans who settled in Paris in the early twentieth century. A collector's chair and rare finds.
