Louis XV Pier mirror w/ two panes 65" x 28¾"

This superb Louis XV gilt wood mirror dates from the eighteenth century. It is an unusually narrow design with a very pretty frame. The glass is original and in two panes - note the parquetry on the back.

Note: Mirrors have been photographed facing fabric, a technique that reveals any age spots in the glass. In some cases, this may create the appearance of an empty frame, but each mirror is complete except where explicitly stated.
