Late 19th-century blown glass hat/wig stand 19"

A colorful blown glass hat/wig stand from the late nineteenth century. Small detailed illustrations and colored powder have been incorporated into the glass. There are imperfections from the glass-blowing process and it is not perfectly spherical.
