Secretaire, Louis XVI, blue patina, 18th-century

This exceptional secretaire dates to the late 18^th century. Made in the Rhône valley, the timber is solid oak and the style is dos d'âne Louis XVI. It has been restored with a blue patina recently applied. The top portion folds open and there are six drawers, underneath there are five drawers (the center top draw is false). A rare find – this antique desk will complement both modern and traditional homes.
