Late 18th century archive cabinet from Roanne

This rare Directoire cabinet was once used to store the archives of a French diocese in Roanne in the Loire region of central France. The timber is stripped oak and pine. This beautiful cabinet is a statement piece for both contemporary and traditional interiors.

This cabinet has been beautifully restored with new hardware and will be shipped in two parts; top and bottom.
