This exceptional, large round walnut cutting board dates from the late nineteenth / early twentieth century. Note on the handle the initials VB are affixed. There are signs of woodworm which has been treated but may require ongoing treatment in the future with an appropriate product. For this reason, decorative use is advised.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
