Large lidded confit pot w/ blue flowers 12¼"

A superb lidded confit pot from the nineteenth century, decorated with blue flowers. It is from the coastal village of Sète. This would look gorgeous displayed in the kitchen. Originally used for preserves and storing eggs over the wintertime.
