Paul Ledoux (1884 - 1960) was a distinguished French painter and engraver known for his portraits, landscapes, and still lifes. Born on November 18, 1884, near Strasbourg, Ledoux studied under the renowned painter Fernand Cormon (1845-1924) in Paris. His artistic career was marked by his ability to capture the serene landscapes of Alsace, where he spent much of his life.
