Large 19th century French draper's table

Originally a 19^th Century Louis Philippe dining table made of pine, this exceptional piece would have been used to prepare desserts in the kitchen for a dinner party.

Later, it has been mounted on a podium to be used in a fabric boutique as a table de magasin de tissus. Fabrics were stored underneath then rolled out, measured and cut for customers.

This drapers table would be suitable as a kitchen island or console table.
