Large 19th century oak leaf frame mirror w/ gray patina 47¼" x 53¼"

This exquisite, large mirror dates from the late nineteenth century. It has a timeworn plaster frame with a white and gray finish. The mirror is original silvered glass. A rare find and fabulous scale.

Note: Mirrors have been photographed facing fabric, a technique that reveals any age spots in the glass. In some cases, this may create the appearance of an empty frame, but each mirror is complete except where explicitly stated.
