Large 19th-century luxury French shop étagère - mahogany & brass 49¼"

This delightful mahogany shelf with brass accents dates from the nineteenth century and likely once resided in a luxury French shop. This antique étagère features five tiered mahogany display shelves, the depth progressively gets deeper as they step down. Note the pressed brass fascia, ivy leaves and flame-shaped finials decorating the brass frame. 

This would make an excellent decorative or functional display shelf to hold towels in a bathroom or decorate with a collection of apothecary jars filled with cotton balls.
