French Louis XIV style storage cabinet

A charming ‘Homme debout’ made from solid French oak. This classic design of cupboard is always made with two cupboards with a drawer in-between. A riddle that went with this particular design was that the drawer was in fact fake and that there could be room to hide a person standing inside! This quality piece was beautifully crafted in France in the 1950’s in Louis XIV style.
