French 19th-century restaurant footed wine cooler stand 23¾"

A stylish silver plated champagne bucket stand dating from the nineteenth century. Likely once used in a luxury French restaurant or hotel, it's refined design features ribbing details and gleams nicely when polished. The base is weighted with lead to create extra stability to prevent the stand from being easily knocked over.
