Early 20th Century workshop drawers with black patina

This early 20th Century piece was from an atelier or workshop. There are nine drawers and it is a narrow piece so suitable for smaller spaces. The black patina has been recently applied - some of the original blue paint shows through. There is no back on he piece which is typical for meuble de metier.
