Curious large copper and wood mirror w/ medieval armor motifs

An amusing, large antique wood and copper mirror from the 1900s, France. The poplar frame features molded decorative copper pieces and a medieval helmet crowns the top. The antique mirror has a clear reflection making it both functional and decorative. A handsome conversation piece to make a grand first impression in an entry hall or study. Note for the star the decorations in the upper right side; one star has been re-glued and one a little dent as seen in photos.
