5 clothes brushes, Napoleon III, 19th-century

This charming set of five clothes brushes date to the late 1800’s. They are Napoleon III and have a monogram reading CA or AC. The timber is black ebony which has a lovely weight. Wear and condition consistent with age and use.

Largest brush approx. 10” long x 2½” wide / 25.5cm long x 6.5cm wide

Smallest brush approx. 7” long x 1 ¼” wide / 18cm long x 3.5cm wide
