She cherishes drives through the lavender fields with Walter, an experience unforgettable and deeply symbolic of the region. Over the years, Patricia has lovingly curated a collection of lavender water and oil bottles from various Provencal villages. She proudly displays this collection in the spa at Chanteduc, and spritzes the powder rooms with lavender before guests arrive, adding a personal and aromatic touch. Notably, two of the bottles contain lavender oil made from lavender grown right at their home, harvested and pressed in Nyons.
