Collection of 10 antique French white clay smoking pipe avatars covers - stamped Gambier Paris

A rare collection of white clay pipe "avatar" covers in the form of caricatures all signed by the Parisian house Gambier except for one, which comes from another maker, as stamped. Dating from the start of the twentieth century, these pieces were used to decorate pipes and now serve as fascinating decorative objects of French history.
