Antique majolica serving platter w/ fig decoration 12½" x 9½"

This exquisite rectangular platter dates from the late nineteenth-century. Note the pretty violet-blue fig motifs around the border and chamfered edges. It has subtle decoration on the flat section. A rare find. It is signed B underneath. This was sourced from a private collection that was held for over fifty years. Some wear - refer to photos.
