A charming wall-mounted soap dispenser from the 1930's / 40's. Once attached to the wall the porcelain dispenser works with gravity. Simply pivot the barrel up or down to start and stop the flow. A dispenser such as this would have been used in the restrooms of hotels, restaurants, bars or even schools. This piece is functional.
