Antique French terracotta bed warmer, ceramic hot water bottle

An early twentieth century French hot water bottle. Made from terracotta with a small spout, handle and some beige glaze. The container was originally filled with hot water and used to warm up ones bed. A lovely piece of French pottery to add to a collection.
