A stunning antique French Louis XV carved giltwood parclose mirror dating from the eighteenth century. Gilded vines, grapes, and floral elements whimsically grace the frame's design creating pockets for additional mirrors in each corner. A pair of gilded feet at the bottom of the frame help the mirror sit nicely atop a console if desired. The mirror is in lovely condition and easy to see one's reflection therefore would work well to add an effortless French touch to in a bathroom or powder room or bedroom.
