Antique French bistro table with decorative top

An unusual French bistro table dating from the 1920's. The top has a charming country scene with a river, bridge and house surrounded with a blue border. The cast iron base is Napoleon III and most likely dates to the 19th Century. There are chips and wear consistent with age and use.
