Antique French Biot jar w/ aged yellow glazing 31"

Dating from the start of the nineteenth century, a superb antique French olive jar from Biot. Note the delightful traces of remaining pale yellow glaze around the top. In addition to adding French charm to a garden setting, this would also make a lovely umbrella and walking stick stand. Note there is a drainage hole added at a later time to the bottom.
