A unique folk art letter box from the early 20th century. Hand made with carvings of a bird and a dog, this is a one-of-a-kind piece. The bird has a letter in it's beak and is under the pitched roof. The dog is guarding the door, which opens and latches closed with a simple mechanism.
The house sits on the wooden stand and will be delivered in two parts.
Condition and patina consistent with age.
