19th century umbrella stand w/ mosaic 24½"

This unusual umbrella and walking stick holder dates from the nineteenth century. The mosaic technique is known as 'picassiette'. The structure underneath is wooden - a one-off creation by an unknown artist. This will add a fun splash of color to an entryway or mudroom.
