19th century sugar sifter spoon - silver plate 7"

This elegant sugar caster spoon dates from the nineteenth century. It has such beautiful décor that is wonderfully detailed. At the top of the handle, a draped figure holds a huge feather, while the bowl is decorated with an openwork diaper, framed with acanthus leaves. Polishing will be required from time-to-time as the silver oxidizes.
