19th-century pair of Louis XVI-style armchairs w/ blue damask fabric

Dating from the nineteenth century, France, a lovely pair of Louis XVI-style antique medallion-back painted and gilded armchairs with blue damask fabric. The armchairs have been painted more recently and rest on four elegant fluted asparagus legs.

Note the padded armrests and pretty decorative details with gilded accents. This would be a fabulous choice to add symmetry to a seating area and a touch of French elegance to your interiors.
