19th century mountain landscape w/ cows - L. Schmidt 20½" x 22½"

This superb painting dates from the nineteenth century. A typically bucolic scene in the alps with two cows, a calf and a small chalet in the background. Signed L. Schmidt. The frame will be retouched prior to sending where missing piece - refer to photos. It is a beautiful frame.
